Why? Because Purpose is our middle name
Launched in January of 2023, we saw an opportunity to make a real difference in the mortgage industry. During 2021, we started working with NAAMBA, the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America, to rethink traditional lending practices and make them more inclusive. During the last few years, we've been working to build United Purpose and create a company that does right by the community.
Currently, United Purpose Mortgage serves clients in Pennsylvania and Ohio. We're starting in these two regions to build our base and spread the word about our loan products. We will be expanding across several other regions in the eastern US soon.
